Automotive CRM

Your whole shop. One system.

A CRM for wrapping studios, vehicle graphics teams and detailing shops. From the first lead to the finished vehicle — in a single workflow.

The situation

Your shop does not run on spreadsheets.

The car is on the lift. The film is ordered. The client is calling the foreman. And meanwhile the information lives in eight different places — or nowhere at all.

  1. 01Enquiries scatter across messages, email and phone calls.→ Leads
  2. 02The quotation is a lost spreadsheet on somebody's laptop.→ Calculator
  3. 03The same client exists three times, with three sets of details.→ Clients
  4. 04The vehicle details and the install notes live in the foreman's head.→ Jobs
  5. 05The weekly plan is a whiteboard, rewritten in marker every morning.→ Calendar
  6. 06Two jobs land on the same day, on the same installer.→ Clash alerts
  7. 07The deposit came in, but nobody knows what is still outstanding.→ Cash desk
  8. 08At month end it is anyone's guess which job actually made money.→ Reports

The work never stops. The paperwork does.

The workflow

Every inquiry. Every vehicle. Every payment.

Opria threads the life of the shop onto a single chain. Every step happens on the same record, so the history is never lost.

  1. 01

    Lead

The enquiry that arrives from the website, vehicle details included.

  2. 02

    Inquiry

A concrete brief: estimated value, owner, expected decision date.

  3. 03

    Calculation

Labour, material, call-out and discount — from a price book snapshot.

  4. 04

    Quotation

Generate the PDF, send it, then record acceptance or rejection.

  5. 05

    Won

The inquiry becomes a job, carrying every line item and condition.

  1. 06

    Job

One file: line items, media, documents, finances, life route.

  2. 07

    Scheduling

Work sessions in the calendar, with assigned installers and a location.

  3. 08

    Execution

Photos, time spent, notes — captured on the shop floor.

  4. 09

    Handover

Inspection, handover, warranty started from the completion date.

  5. 10

    Settlement

Deposit, balance, receipts — in the cash ledger, voidable but never deleted.

Job record

A car is not a row in a spreadsheet.

Every job is a complete file: the client, the vehicle details, the calculated line items, the photos taken in the shop, the documents, the work sessions and the financial position. With history, going back years.

Dashboard

By seven in the morning you see the whole day.

You do not have to run a report for it. Opening the dashboard tells you what is on today, what is slipping, and who is waiting on an answer.

Materials

Material is not just a line on the invoice.

Roll, linear metre, width, sell multiplier — from the price book into the calculation, from the calculation into the quotation. The same number, all the way.

  • Avery Supreme
  • 3M 2080
  • Orafol 970
  • STEK DYNOshield
  • Oracal 8300

Quote calculator

Price the job before the client drives off.

It works from the price book and your material costs: labour in hours and heads, material in linear metres, discount per line or on the total. The calculation takes a snapshot — later price changes never rewrite a quotation you have already sent.

  3. Service

Inquiry pipeline

Eight stages. Zero guesswork.

Every inquiry sits in exactly one column, and every column tells you the next action. This is the funnel — not a report about it.

Why it is different

Built around the way shops actually work.

We did not bolt automotive fields onto a general-purpose CRM. Linear metres, work sessions, inspections, outstanding balances and warranties are first-class ideas here — because they are in the shop too.

  • Hungarian and English
  • VAT-correct calculation
  • Cash-book export
  • Role-based permissions

Features

Six modules, one train of thought.

Each of them works on the same client and job record. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing has to be exported from one module into another.

01

Leads and inquiries

Never leave an enquiry unanswered.

From the website form to the estimated value: an owner, a decision date, internal notes and an eight-stage funnel — plus an "Attention" list of everything that has stalled.

Jobs and work sessions

You know what is happening in the shop today.

A job breaks into as many sessions as the car comes in: survey, check-in, execution, inspection, handover. Each with its own time, location and assigned installers.

Calendar and team

Who is on which car, and when.

The calendar shows the plan, the time off and the clashes at once. If two sessions land on the same person, the system says so — and still lets you through if that is what you want.
